Our sessions all run on Wednesday evenings, times as follows:

Beginners:

Age 5+ years
Flexibility Training 5:15pm - 5:30pm ~ Synchro Training* 5:30pm - 6:15pm
Our beginners have a relaxed fun water session learning the basic synchro skills.

Juniors:

Bracknell prelim award and Stage 3
Flexibility Training 6:00pm - 6:15pm ~ Synchro Training* 6:15pm - 7:45pm
The Juniors cover a range of skills, preparing for both gradings and competitions. Progression from Junior to Senior is mainly Skill based as there are no set age groups.

Seniors:

Level 1+
Flexibility Training 7:30pm - 7:45pm ~ Synchro Training* 7:45pm - 9:15pm
The Seniors cover a range of skills, preparing for both gradings and competitions.

Swimming to music ie Solos, Duets, Teams
